TUDOR submariner 7016/0 (SOLD)

Door to door... till I found a 2DOR. Item yang ini sedikit menarik, merupakan jenis produk transisi dari sejarah keluaran TUDOR by ROLEX. Spesimen yang sebelumnya (7928) masih menggunakan movement sejenis Rolex Submarine seri 5512/5513. Lalu berganti Movement ETA namun berkualitas bagus. Ciri utama dial hitam dan hand model kotak (square or diamond shape, kerap disebut SNOWFLAKE model). Beberapa paritas yang muncul kemudian, Tudor prince submarine lebih banyak di order (commercial-contract)khusus oleh angkatan Laut Perancis. Biasanya terdapat grafir huruf khusus MN, singkatan dari La Marine Nationale. Jadi lebih identik dengan ikonik Militer.

Jargon menarik perihal spesies ini, dikatakan... Tudor is a CLON of Rolex, but (for me) it doesn't matter.... as long as is not a CLOWN of Rolex!!!

Tudor Oyster Prince - Submariner ~ seri edisi 7016/0 ~ Body number : 815192 ~ Non Day-Date. Water resist 200M/660 ft ~ circa product among 1966 - 1968. Automatic movement - ETA 2483 - 25 jewels. Screw down crown. Non bracelet/strap. Original Spring Bar. Piece of tiny radium has been lost on 0/360 degrees position rotating bezel. All original part (not after market - expect the rubber strap, it will nice after match with NATO strap). Good running.... good power reserve. It's an original Dial, tritium has aging, absolutely not relumed, (check the difference among real-dial & redial type on this SITE). And please underline this 7016/0 is a transtition spesies of tudor sub-snowflake model, before MN serial (spesial order by La Marine Nationale ~ French Naval)

On the crown is three (3) little buttons under the Rolex Logo what is the meaning for that ?
The "three little buttons" are the identification for the Triplock or triple sealed crown and tube.
